02What we collect and why

Booking form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), dates of stay, number of guests, pet information and notes. We use this data to reply to your enquiry, make an offer and enter into an accommodation contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Contact form: full name, email address and message. We use this data to reply to you, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it.

03How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not result in a booking are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact. Data related to a concluded contract is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law and until any claims become time-barred.

04Who receives data

Data may only be shared with providers that help us run this website and email (hosting and email providers) under data processing agreements. We do not sell data or use it for profiling.

05Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

06Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server, without connecting to third-party providers.

The Google Map loads only after you click “Show Google Map”. From then on Google LLC may process data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy), including setting cookies.

Links to Facebook and Instagram are plain links. These services receive no data unless you click them.
